Bah Fraz is a Hip Hop recording artist, producer, and audio engineer, from East Orange, NJ. He has been cultivating his music career since 2009.
Though steeped in the culture of hip-hop, his music inspiration ranges across various genres, such as, Electronic Dance Music to classical music, just to name a few off hand. It’s important to Bah Fraz that the intellectual and artistic tone he himself enjoys in music is reflected in the art he creates. His music is drawn from his life trials and triumphs and hopes to inspire and relate to others through his art. “I like to listen to music that I can relate to, you know? Maya is a multimedia journalist, radio personality and blogger! A basketball junkie who is still waiting for her Hogwarts letter. "Gryffindors what's good!" She's outspoken on issues concerning social justice can always be found with a book and afro pick in hand and is probably listening to jazz.
Paige grew up in North Jersey surrounded by all types of music including Showtunes, Jazz, Rap/Hip-Hop, Pop and everything from 1940’s on. She played in the Percussion section In the school band from 4 th-9 th grade and also sang in the choir. She also grew up performing in summer musicals as well as took dance classes from the age of 4 at Ziegler Dance Centre.
After High School she attempted to pursue college for a degree in Business Administration but instead started working for different company’s while trying to suppress her desire to work in the Music and/or Radio Industry. While working full time she applied for an Audio Internship in November 2015 at PonderRosa Studios in Lafayette, NJ under Recording/Mixing Engineer John Locher. In Fall 2016, she decided to enroll in SAE Institute in NYC pursuing an Audio Technology Diploma which she then received in November 2017. Currently she is working with Newark Radio Co-Op in Newark, NJ and is also a Freelance Recording/Mixing Engineer.
